Summer Soiree in memory of Sue Widden
A Summer Soiree was held on Thursday 1st August in memory of Sue who was a trustee, friend and volunteer at The Judges Lodging’s Museum. It was a beautiful evening and the guests were entertained in the garden by the local community choir, Humholler & Sing and then in the Dining Room by Sue’s husband Martin (piano) and their son James (violin), who is a professional musician. The evening was to celebrate Sue’s life and involvement in the community and over £900 was raised to be shared between The Citizens Advice Bureau North Lancashire, Lancaster and District Homeless Action and The Judges Lodgings. Lancaster and District Textile and Stitch Group were also represented at the evening. Thanks to everyone involved in the evening.
