Themed Tearooms

The Friends have recently hosted two themed tearooms. On Saturday 5th April, we had a 70’s style tearoom to celebrate the 50 years of the Judges’ Lodgings being a museum and on Saturday 3rd May, we celebrated VE Day with a 40’s style tearoom. We raised over £400 in total for the Judges’ Lodgings, and thanks go to all those who came and enjoy the refreshments and for those volunteers and Friends who baked and helped on the day. Everyone involved really enjoys the day and on at the May tearoom, we were also entertained by a group called Playground Prom who were great fun. Our next tearoom will be on Saturday 7th June, when we will return to a Victorian Theme. Hope to see you there.
